In The Forefront Of The Landscape Are Severn Pheasant Figures Painted In Fine Detail Including Three Maidens, Three Gentlemen And A Child. Amongst Them Stand Two Donkeys, One Bearing A Large Wicker Basket Upon Its Back. Presumably Carrying An Abundance Of Fruit, Some of Which Lies At The Feet Of The Central Gentleman. Finely Detailed Background With Exceptional Perspective Showcasing Mountinous Landscape And Meandering River. A Large Fort Sits Upon The Hillside With Elaborate Gate House To The Right Of The Figures. Set In Original Gilt-wood Frame. Unsigned Condition - Very Good Paintwork With Blemishes And Cracking Conducive To Age And Usage. Dimensions In Inches Height 23.5" Width 27"
